Mission:
The Community Taxpayers Association, Inc., (the "Association") is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, tax exempt organization. The Mission of the Association is to educate and inform the Taxpayers and Residents of Brown, Harrison and Madison Townships in Morgan County Indiana on issues that may affect their standard of living by providing a central forum in which to connect, converse and share verifiable information. Areas of interest for the Association are the individual entities that comprise our total tax rate. The Association is interested in the activities of all of our elected officials.
